PSYCHOLOGY INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is offering three full-time internships to qualified students enrolled in pre-doctoral programs in clinical or counseling psychology. The program is fully accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). Preference is given to students in APA-approved clinical or counseling psychology programs.

To apply for the internship program, you must complete the AAPI application found on the APPIC web site (www.appic.org). Along with the AAPI, we require the following:

  1. A copy of a psychological test report in which you integrated data from the Rorschach.
  2. A current vita detailing relevant work experience and clinical field work experience.
  3. Transcripts of undergraduate and graduate work (photocopies acceptable).
  4. Three letters of recommendation from professionals familiar with your academic and clinical work, including at least one from a previous clinical supervisor, if possible.
  5. Completed secondary placement option form.
